Welcome to the Residents Area of the Exeter YMCA Website.

This section is brand new and we hope to bring new features as and when we can! Thanks for all the suggestions that you've given us so far for this area. We will try to keep you up to date on new features in this section.

Currently, this area will allow you to access the Current Repairs that have been reported in either the St. David's Hill Building or the Washington House Building and enable you to report a repair or fault over the internet using our form.

There is also now a tool to enable you to calculate your rent if you are working.

In order to use these features, you need to register to have an account on the system. Once you have registered and activated your account, you will have access to the repairs list and the form to submit a request.
